The night girl leslie was sweet
False advertising, stated BUFFET BREAKFAST, WIFI, FRIDGE AND MICRO. None was there. Morning staff did not care and was rude as is left the lobby after i registered my complaint. I expected a discount or an offer for resolution, and i was wrong. Very upset, food i brought had to be thrown away, work i needed to complete online was not able to be done without leaving the hotel, and I chose this facility over the Towne Center due to the amenities that were NOT THERE. Quite upset.

This was a nice stopping point for our drive south from the Oregon coast. The next day we went into the Redwoods which are very near.
We were near the staircase and a certain traveler drug the luggage up and down the steps. Not the Hotels issue. Just a rude guest.

The staff is always so courteous and friendly.
I had a room with double beds and because the television was on the side of the beds instead of in front, it was difficult to watch it from both beds.

The rates were great.I Was looking for a place to stay that was as far away from traffic(quieter)and also included a free breakfast.Great value for the price paid, considering I saved at least $40 compared to other hotels in the area.(with free breakfast)
It was a pretty low-budget hotel. It is a little creepy at night, I wouldnt want to travel here alone.

Good value for the money ($147 usd/ 2 nights/ Queen Room). Clean sheets, clean towels, nice bathroom, clean carpet, excellent mattress. Easy check- in and check-out. Very close to stores.
The continental breakfast was too poor. We weren't expecting much but that was not a breakfast, it was more like a snack.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated having a pet-friendly room. It was helpful to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
While it was great to have the ability to travel with our dog, it was financially a hardship to have to pay additional money each night to have the dog be allowed, even though the dog did no damage to the room, nor did anyone complain about her. My traveling companion has allergies, and when we turned on the heat, she had a massive allergy attack. We ended up having to keep the heat off all four days, in order to keep the allergens from circulating in our room. This was a major problem, and we know never to use this motel again during cold weather months.

The price is fair for what you get. The staff was very friendly.
The breakfast, if you can call it that, was not very good and very small, no real plates or cutlery. The fridge in the room was convenient, but very loud during the night.
